5. Live Plant Guarantee
We take care to package plants securely, but due to the nature of live plants, some stress or minor damage may occur during transit.
We do not guarantee survival after delivery, as plant health depends on care, environment, and conditions outside our control.

Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are final.

- seller can Withdraw and or cancel all sales and services when they see fit.
- only warranty arrive alive, if plant is delivered damaged, complete loss (determined by seller please submit pictures within 24 hours delivery.)
- We strive to only sell top quality plants and products, being living merchandise they are not perfect and my include but not limited to, minor blemishes, busied leaves, broken leaves, minor damaged stems.
- Some minor damage during shipping is normal. some defects and minor defects may be present. this does not constitute refund or return.

At Plant Daddy Healing Garden, we take pride in providing healthy plants and quality services. Because we sell live plants and offer consultations, our return and refund policy is a little different than for other products.

1. Live Plant Orders
All plant sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped.
We carefully package and ship plants, but minor stress (such as yellowing leaves or slight soil disturbance) is normal during transit.
If your plant arrives severely damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at plantdaddyhealinggarden@gmail.com.
Please include clear photos of the plant and packaging.
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

2. Non-Plant Products
For non-living products (e.g., pots, soil, or merchandise), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Completed consultations are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments without notice are not eligible for refunds.

Store credit may be offered in place of refunds in certain cases.

This policy is designed to be clear and customer-friendly, while also protecting you since plants are perishable.A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Refund only for total loss. if plant is delivered damaged as complete loss (determined by seller please submit pictures within 24 hours delivery.)
- If you believe your plant or product is a total loss,

- please provide pictures of the total loss item from the same day as delivery.
- We will respond within 48 hours.
- Final decision is determined by Plant Daddy Healing Garden, after review of your email with photos of the plant immediately out of box on delivery day.
